WICHITA RECORDINGS is a UK record label founded in 2000 by dick green and mark bowen. it was started when dick sold his other record label, CREATION. their first releases included bright eyes' timeless "fevers and mirrors" album, as well as records from the yeah yeah yeahs and my morning jacket. more recently the label has pressed instant contemporary classics by the likes of los campesinos, girlpool, waxahatchee, and swearin, to name just a few. we are V EXCITED to host a nyc edition of their 15TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY with a line-up co-curated by wichita and local faves FIRE TALK. truly an anniversary worth celebrating, here's to 15 more yall xo
