*LQQK, The Way I Look is a Glam Electro Pop Concert about lost love, in all senses, that fights its way back from darkness. A new musical painting by José Rivera Jr., LQQK celebrates queer thought, physicality, form, and function.

With live visual art, sensorial athletic dance, and live vocal production, LQQK targets inauthentic digital content and the homogenization of the gay body, screaming 'be your damn self always you f@&%ot!" the way someone once yelled this very phrase at José of the rooftop pool on Fire Island.

yes, this is about you is a section of the new full length musical painting to premiere in F/W 2017 entitled LQQK, The Way I Look by José Rivera, Jr. LQQK will be performed as the culmination of a new digital series created and curated by José to be released S/S 2017 featuring new original music, covers, and concepts.
